My daily/weekly tasks had quick turnarounds. The most challenging aspect of the job was scheduling meeting space for several meetings in different city and states at a reasonable rate including breakfast, lunch and AV. Loved creating team building activities. Designed trophy layouts, awards and certificates. Created system for maintaining contracts. Assigned office space for employees visiting Philadelphia office. Registered all visitors with building security. Created office suite entry cards as needed. Performed other duties as required.
