Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Tulsa, OK – March 6, 2018
Every day was an adventure working for CherryHill photography. I was the assistant manager of the Santa set in Tulsa’s largest mall, Woodland Hills. It was beneficial working with the adults and children for communication skills. The challenging part was to get the attention of everyone at the same for the actual photo. The price had changed dramatically and it cost more so that was a constant issue, even though price envelopes were available while in line.
This was probably the most stressful job I had. Working in the middle of the mall, with only the security of the security guards, customers were just nasty to us and just did not care that we were humans.
District Manager (Former Employee) – Marlton, NJ – February 4, 2018
Management does not support the field personnel, the pay is not in correlation to the amount of hours they expect you to work and there is no one that seems to know what’s going on. They merged two companies and they should’ve just stayed two separate companies. I worked for the one company for over nine years and was very happy, as soon as the merger happened it was awful.
Cashier and Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – February 3, 2018
my favorite part about working with cherry hill photos was making the kids happy and comfortable to take a picture with santa. This is the best job ever i love working with kids period because of the different personalities they have.
It was meant to be a temporary job but I did enjoyed the job while it lasted. It was cute watching kids talk with Santa (or being scared of him) and I wouldn't mind doing it again next year (unless I already have a job at that point).
Manager (Former Employee) – Milford, CT – January 19, 2018
A typical day at work, for me, would be to be the first one at the set. I would unpack what had to be unpacked, set up the camera, and set up the register. I learned how to be a manager for the first time. It was very fast moving, but worth it overall, because I got to work with amazing coworkers who helped out. The hardest part of the job was the customers who wouldn't listen ton when I politely told them what I needed from them and what was expected. The most enjoyable part of the job was the coworkers I met along the way. They became like family to me, and I hope to work with them in the future.
Local set Manager (Current Employee) – Marlton, NJ – January 14, 2018
I love this job and have been working for them since 1999. It is a very fun and stress free environment. Love all my Cherry Hill Co-workers. I have never personally met any of them but have always had a very good Rapport with all Departments.
