Equipment Operator/Maintenance (Former Employee) – Old Ocean, TX – February 13, 2017
Chevron Phillips, was a highly professional place to work. Our salary was highly competitive and safe to work. I enjoyed reporting for work early every morning to make sure everything was ready for me to do my part for the day.I would not leave my job sight until I was properly relieved and made sure the task was completed.
Quality & Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Bartlesville, OK – February 8, 2017
Could not ask for a better company to work for. Great opportunities for advancement, best team work atmosphere relaxed business casual attire. Great care is given to your work ability as well as how you interact in the team dynamic.
9/80s allowed every other Friday off for family and leisure life balance
Good Pay, Good benefits, Some Advancment if your willing to put in the effort, First line managment excellent and co workers support each other. HR Department needs improvement. HR should not only work for the Company but should also work to support the employees.
Great place and great people. The people there will show you everything there is to know about making plastic. You will shadow an experienced operator and watch as he troubleshoots or makes rounds daily.

I worked as an intern while I was still in college. Chevron Phillips employees were pleasant and enjoyable to work with. The schedule was flexible and the hours were decent. Plenty of room to grow and develop.
