Best option is to go to HR directly after filling out an online application. The woodlands campus are people friendly, and you may get an interview on the spot. After your interview with HR, call back to check on things in about two days if an interview has not been scheduled with the hiring manager that same day of the HR interview. This may happen due to so many applicants, and hiring managers are sometimes hard to get in contact with sharing many hats in the organization. Changes are definitely happening, and you definitely want to be apart of this ground floor opportunity. I just got hired the way explained as a PRN RN. I’m excited to begin working as a CHI St. Luke’s RN. Flexibility is definitely what i was looking for, and by joy i obtained it with great pay! Good luck!
