This place is one of my favorite places in the city to see shows. Unfortunately, working there was one of my worst work experiences. Both my manager and supervisor who had hired me quit within a few months of my start date, and the department went without management for far too long. The people put in charge of scheduling did not know or care about the employees in that department. I had years of experience in customer service, but my skills were wasted there. The place is like a sinking ship; there's such a high turn-over rate because everyone just wants to leave. I was shocked to find such an awful job culture at a place I'd admired for so long. It got to the point where I felt physically sick going into work in the morning, so I had to quit.
