Provide structured therapy for a specific caseload of children.
Participate in annual or semi-annual therapy evaluations for assigned children.
Contribute to individual plan development by obtaining developmental levels for assigned developmental areas; participate in team-developed goals and suggest/design occupational therapy strategies and techniques.
Work directly with children, teacher and parents to implement occupational therapy strategies and techniques necessary to meet program goals.
Document all child-related contact on specified agency forms which include documentation of each therapy session in the child's file, therapy service logs, access forms and other forms as required.
Function as a member of the early intervention team providing each child's total program.
Participate in team meetings to discuss priorities, outcomes or concerns to a child.
