The children, we were responsible to overlook were very high behavioral clients.
These kids would not only be at risks for their own safety, but the staff safety as well.
A typical day at this job was engaging in restraints at least 7 times a day, trying to get the children under control, while trying to maintain a typical schedule for them to follow everyday without the stress.
Coworkers were stress, and the support really wasn't there.
The hardest part of the job, is remaining calm and not getting caught up in fake accusations from the clients.
