I just applied and got an email asking for a group interview. If you really wanna try and get an interview, managers like it when you come into the store and ask them if theyve seen your application (and it'll give you a little peace of mind too). I didnt make it past the first interview though, I was still in school at the time and they needed people for a morning shift.
I applied several times at two locations and had interviews at both places within a couple of weeks of each other. They do interviews with several applicants at a time which is ridiculous. I have over five years of restaurant management and they would not hire me for any position. Definitely age discrimination!
Applied on the website, got an email 2 days later telling me to come in for an interview in 3 days.
Applied online and got a call one hour later.
Applied on the website, got an email to call the next day and they interviewed me and called the next day to offer me a job!
I applied on their web application and recieved a call.

I was just walking around the mall then I saw them interviewing, looking for new people for the new opening store.

Online application, my first interview was settled between not only the restaurant manager but as well as some of the crew members also. To sum that up, I'd had about 5 interviewers throughout the interview process. They had to feel some sort of connection between the most of them
