A typical day is making scheduled calls, retuning calls/emails, scheduling appointments and following up.
I learned codes for WC and GL policies and self discipline as working from home.
Management is okay. Not micromanaged. They do not do reviews and they do not offer any advancement or increased salaries.
The hardest part of the job is phone calls from upset person as nobody wants to do an audit. But it's not personal.
Most enjoyable part is the flexibility and the occasional nice phone conversation.
