Since the new Tower opened, there has been such a difference of PACE & CULTURE. I find it to be busier but without the appropriate amount of staffing. Staffing is a HUGE problem. Years ago the culture was much more family oriented among the workers, now it has changed to a crying fest. This type of atmosphere impedes the workflow.
