Pros: great culture, great product, great people
Cons: culture shift after data breach
When I started at ChoicePoint it was a great place to work. I had a wonderful career at ChoicePoint and that's where I was able to gain Senior experience. The company changed when the Data breach occurred and they started bringing in new people. The culture started to change for the worst. By the time the merger happen moral was at an all time low. – more... I decided to leave at that point because the original visionaries were no longer there.
I would hope Lexis would try to capture the original ChoicePoint entrepreneurial experience. That made for a great company. In order to do that you need to make sure you have the right management team in place. You are aware of the current management structure who cause problems or are not fit to manage staff. Do the right thing to gain back a great culture. It is a good company with great products. – less
