Very small NYC startup with unclear vision

I was one of four salespeople in the NYC location of ChoiceStream. I was responsible for the prospecting and selling of the ChoiceStream programmatic platform to tier II and tier III brands and agencies. Great co-workers, but an overall lack of vision and support by upper management made it difficult to get things done.
