Cashier/Customer service representative (Former Employee) – New York, NY – January 16, 2018
Very productive work place but the job benefits are extremely poor. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It would be helpful to the employees if the company would consider giving them benefits.
Chopt Salad Company is a very busy place and required a lot of energy. The staff management is awesome. they have a great team, at Chopt you have to opportunity to learn different skills. co-workers are like family , the ambiance is contagious.

Worst place I ever worked in terms of management. they use you to their own benefit only to lie about raises and positions Advancement that never happens. Lazy management that stands around daily. High stress for no pay. DONT WORK FOR THIS PLACE. If you work hard they will use you and not reward your efforts. They will ask you to cross train for a raise that won't ever come. They BAD MOUTH EMPLOYEES IN THEIR ABSENCE AS WELL CONSTANTLY. MANAGERS !

Management chooses favorites the work is very demanding and the managers just text on the phone and sit down and give out orders. The store managers just don't care to much about you unless you are there favorite. I would recommend this job if you want something temporary. They need to put money into training for managers.
Very nice work environment , learn to grow and learn with all my chopppers.

I've been working at chopt creative salads for 8 months now going on to 9 and I can say I learned all 3 positions and love the working environment ! Defiantly friendly and a great place to learn and grow within the company. Managers are very much professional and help you if you want to grow in the company , if you show your efforts you will be rewarded.
Short breaks depending on the hours you worked that day or not knowing when you will take ur break
Chopper (Current Employee) – Charlotte, NC – April 12, 2017
This place was awesome in the beginning. My first year I had hours and was training others and getting trained in other positions shortly after that things went downhill. Management skills are lacking and the turnover rate rose. Working here now is not worth the stress it causes.
Some co workers
Management, hours, stress level, customers sometimes
I love working for this company. Everyone is a team player the food is great and work gets done. The management is good and they are always looking for solutions to make your work and customer experience better
