CCH had the potential to truly be the leader in Senior Housing. A typical day at work consists of putting out fires. There was a lack of experienced staff at the site level that required additional support most of the time, which increased the work load. I learned there is no separation between HR and executive staff, and management retaliation is a common occurrence, I also found smiling faces were not always what they appeared; it was very easy to be seduced into someone else’s agenda without knowing how it happened; it made for a very stressful work place. I saw a lot of good people get hurt, and I feel bad for all those that were affected by some of the unscrupulous practices that were allowed. The worst part is executive staff at the top turned a blind eye to many of the situations.
