Customer Service, Irving, TX - November 16, 2015
This is the worst job you could ever apply for, customer service is practically walked all over be prepared for very little direction, nobody knows how to do anything, they don't know how to treat their employees, be expected to ALWAYS go above and beyond with no recognition. 9 times out of 10 the job you applied for is not exactly what you will be doing you will also be doing 5 to 10 other jobs as well. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS watch your back, your front and your side. there's always listening ears so watch who you say things to. They will play you against other employees to get information when they are done using you they will get rid of you in the sneakiest way possible. like put you on a 30 day performance plan and never get one meeting with your supervisor to see where your performance needs improving then let you go. they find every reason to deny you unemployment so document everything possible. The pay SUCKS for the amount of work you have to do, DO NOT expect a raise at 6 months to a year or AT ALL and don't think you'll be moving up any time soon.
