Give steady hours, stop cutting down on hours and pay. Talk to the management about favoritism.
I have worked as an over night stocker as a seasonal employee. I have spoken to employees who work at Christmas Tree shop all year. They "have" to work other jobs in order to survive. Why is that maybe you asked? Or maybe not. You all probably know the answer. They all enjoy working at Christmas Tree Shop but the hours the company cuts them down which means the employee pay checks are not that great. If the company finds dedicated employees the company should show appreciation and show their employees what they mean to the company. Show them more hours, more pay, with more respect.
Stop hiring and allow present employees to make a living,instead of starving people out of a job. And don't let managers play favorites constantly- very sad work environment!
Not to hire so frequently, the newer associates always get the hours while the older associates get pushed to the back corner.
