In 2017, Plan Sponsor magazine, a leading industry publication, awarded CHS its 2017 “Best in Class” award for our 401(k) plan. Out of approximately 3,400 companies across the US who submitted entries, CHS was one of 34 winners of this designation in 2017. Plans were evaluated on over 30 criteria including commitment to strong oversight and governance practices, positive outcomes related to helping employees prepare for retirement, such as high participation and deferral rates, and features that make it easier for participants to achieve their retirement savings goals.
