Central Scheduler (Current Employee) – Bethlehem, PA – November 28, 2017
a typical day for a scheduler is answering the phone for patients doctors office or a dept you schedule and accommodating that person as quickly and accurately as possible. Calls that are not answer get transferred to a person and they will leave a message for your dept which you must call back before your shift. This job is very monotonous and not worth pay or stressful enviornment
Lead Youth Care Worker (Former Employee) – Homestead, FL – June 2, 2017
Easy job the only problem is the people in charge are extremely unprofessional. Too many chiefs not enough indians, favoritism is the biggest set back I experience with this company/job. The people in higher positions like superviors, directors, ect acted worse than a five year old, they were never on the same page and if someone had a different opinion or view they took as an insult or something personal. I'm Hispanic, but there's nothing worst than working with these Hispanics from south Florida...terrible human beings...
