A very busy day, co-workers was very helpful. The hardest part of the job listing to other people problems.

Some manger was very helpful, other was just there.
The pay was to low, even if you got bonus monthly you might not make your goal.

I enjoyed the challenges of using my analytical and critical care experiences to motivate others for the benefit of the patients and the facility. I had an excellent repoire with Dr.'s, RN's and coding staff as a result of my education modules and management skills.
The corporate structure which the Clinical Documentation program was established under – more... (medical records) however caused a great deal of friction between myself and non-medical personnel. The essence of decials appeal management and DRG assignment in todays changing healthcare environment dictates clinical expertise, ever changing prioritization, and fresh thinking.
