Can't say anything good about the company. May be because they did no hire me for long time. Specifically to the point of ratings. The job culture is absent, just a sweatshop they would bring bunch of people cramp them in one conference room and have them support critical customer application 24/7. Management - bunch with no vision or expertise all – more... they do is bringing in service contracts but can't deliver promised services and then customers trying to get what have been promised. That is all. – less
Went through too many re-orgs to be viable and productive.
Project Administrator Specialist (Former Employee), Harrisburg, PA – February 10, 2014
CIBER, Inc. went through three re-organizations in three years, with changes that did not have enough time to determine if they were viable and/or productive. As a result, over 900 people were laid off and new business was not received.
Programmer/Analyst (Former Employee), Dearborn MI – December 22, 2013
This is a contracting company, I was contracted to one of the 'Big Three's ' IT department. The account managers at CIBER were friendly, open to discussion, and did reward the consultants with holiday parties. I would work for them again.
Senior Business Analyst - Ford Motor Company (Former Employee), Dearborn, MI – December 16, 2013
Ciber is not a company I would recommend for employment. They take a large percentage of your billing rate and they will release you as soon as your project is completed. They don't provide you with bench work while looking for a new project.
Sr. Consultant (Former Employee), Newark, DE – December 11, 2013
Benefits were good and fairly inexpensive. The HR division was responsive and there was never a problem with the paychecks. The staffing at the site was inclusive and connected - there was a sense of fellowship and support at the worksite.

Administrative Assistant, Transmission Engineering (Former Employee), Vancouver, WA – September 20, 2013
Pros: good benefits
Cons: everything about the people who work for them
Worked through them on a government contract and the person assigned to me was a liar! She would say anything to protect herself. Then upon reporting it the HR department became aggressive and belittled me.
Digital Training Facility Manager (Former Employee), Rose Barracks Vilseck, DE – August 21, 2013
As a digital training facility manager for Ciber I was contracted to maintain six classrooms and have them ready and available for a variety of Army training classes. This involved scheduling classes, keeping all equipment ready to go, and maintaining a professional demeanor with coworkers and customers.
