The main responsibilities of CiCi’s Pizza’s restaurant assistant manager which I have learned over the course of working for thid company would be to look after the restaurant’s day-to-day operations according to company policies. It includes managing and looking after the employees, managing profit-loss statements, managing house staff and kitchen staff, and to make sure that the restaurant functions smoothly without any problems. Direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. Also, Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Greet customers entering establishment. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or, admission.
