As a manager in training, my objectives are to ensure that all employees are assigned a position and working efficiently as a team. I make sure that all guests are taken care of properly and happy with their visits. I complete a daily check list before and after our lunch rush, and also make our daily deposits to the bank. I pull in extra hours when needed. On our busy days, it can get stressful at times. We may have upset customers with negative attitudes, but I will try everything in my power to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The most enjoyable part of this job is when a customer acknowledges my great customer service.
