First Job
Shift Leader (Current Employee), Virginia Beach, VAJune 25, 2015
Pros: free food lax environment
Cons: unorganized, no raises
Working there is a good place to start but don't expect to move up in the job. Raise are almost never given out, the only reason i got one is so that i won't leave because all of my co-workers we're leaving and i was the last original person left. the management is unorganized but very laid back. the schedule is very flexible to accommodate a school schedule.

Manager in Training (Current Employee), Baton Rouge, LAJune 22, 2015
Pros: Free pizza, management opportunity
Cons: low pay, no appreciation for extra work, only 1 day off weekly
As a manager in training, my objectives are to ensure that all employees are assigned a position and working efficiently as a team. I make sure that all guests are taken care of properly and happy with their visits. I complete a daily check list before and after our lunch rush, and also make our daily deposits to the bank. I pull in extra hours when needed. On our busy days, it can get stressful at times. We may have upset customers with negative attitudes, but I will try everything in my power to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The most enjoyable part of this job is when a customer acknowledges my great customer service.

Pros: had good advancment
Cons: no breaks, closed down
Set everything up for the day to day operations. Learned how to do scheduling for about 30 employees. Over see 3 locations. Hardest part of the job was making sure people showed up for their shift. Most enjoyable part is making every guest that came in feel like they were apart of a family

Cook/Dishwasher (Current Employee), Southaven, MSMay 19, 2015
Pros: $2.00 to eat at the buffet and tips from time to time.
Cons: More people being hired lead to two days a week for me.
A typical day of work was messy and took constant clean up, due to the high amount of people that ate at Cici's Pizza. I learned how to handle stressful situations and the management of Cici's was pretty good. The employees may have questioned decisions from time to time, but they were not terrible at managing. The co-workers were a joy to work with and very sociable, the hardest part of the job was having to keep up with the business at night time and attempt to restock the dining room as well. The most enjoyable part of the job was the co-workers.

Pros: Free Lunch

Working at Cici's was very rewarding as my first job; however, the hardest part of working there was the co-workers did not help one another and were very rude. I loved our customers. I learned many do's and dont's.

Cashier (Former Employee), Dallas, TXMay 4, 2015
A typical day at Cici's Pizza was very busy. People love buffets and there was always lots of people. I learned patience while working at Cici's Pizza and also how to take and place an order in Spanish. I had the best manager. He was very understanding in making sure my schedule never conflicted with my ability to play sports while in high school. My co-workers were great. They made the job fun when the restaurant was so packed it almost stressed me out. This job was very easy going. There was no hard part. The most enjoyable part was being cashier and being able to interact with the customers. I always got complimented on my manners and professionalism.
