The work place was full of drama that mangers never cared about or were involved in
Team Member (Former Employee) – Florida – March 17, 2018
It was my first job I was. There for 3 and half years and it was always stressful because of the in mature environment and petty arguments. Some the mangers will start. And others just happened while they sat back and watched
Team Member/Supervisor (Former Employee) – Woodbridge, VA – March 3, 2018
This was my first job and I loved it! The managers were in their twenties so they are really cool and laid back as long as you did your job and respectful. The district was the same way, he would be in the stores as much as he can.
Food Attendant (Former Employee) – Texas,USA – January 25, 2018
You will learn a lot with this company. The staff will help you anytime you need them. They are friendly and very accommodating to the new staff. For the culture, it is very different here in the Philippines, you need to adjust.
Cook, Cashier, Food Prep (Former Employee) – Danville, VA – December 30, 2017
I loved working at Cicis Pizza. They became family. They are a family ran bisness. Still to this day I can go back with welcome arms.Cici pizza would be a great job for after school job or part time student.
Fun , fast pace, understanding, helpful, lost of opportunities
Cashier (Former Employee) – Knightdale, NC – December 29, 2017
Cashier is a very good way to start at cicis, they train you well and ask you what other positions you would be interested in there company. They allow you to eat before going to work when arrived early. If hungry during the job ask to eat something quick and they will respect but gotta wait when it’s not busy. They respect hours and wishes to work more hours to just gotta ask. Clean and very caring managers ask for ideas to get more customers. Fun and very stable job for students and non students.
CASHIER (Former Employee) – Rockwall, TX,& Bass Pro – December 16, 2017
I started working at cici's as soon as I turned 16 and I stayed with cici's until after my high school graduation. I've worked under many different managers but they are all crazy amazing and great at their jobs! Cici's atmosphere is different than any place I've ever worked at ; I enjoyed coming into work, I looked forward to it. Hardest part of the job is cutting the pizzas fast enough when it starts to get busy or when there is a large order.
greeter/cashier/pizza cutter (Former Employee) – Oklahoma City, OK – December 2, 2017
a typical work day is slow in the morning and then it speeds up and becomes super quick paced if your too slow you would stop the pace rate and make it worse for everyone else who is working, but overall as long as you keep up its a very fun and friendly environment
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Fredericksburg, VA – November 21, 2017
The buffet style service of Cici's definitely requires you to stay focused and maintain a good clean buffet. The environment is very fun and upbeat. I learned a lot about customer service and how to talk to customers and handle situations. There really wasn't anything hard about working a cici's. The most enjoyable part of the job was the laid back atmosphere, and the scheduling flexibility.
Guest Service Representative (Former Employee) – Winston-Salem, NC – November 10, 2017
The pace of work varies from how busy the restaurant is. I kept myself busy by going between different positions on the days we were slow. Hours are decent. I enjoyed the interaction with (pleasant) guests.
Crew Member (Former Employee) – High Point, NC – October 12, 2017
The management is very put together and know how to make a job enjoyable. It’s a very clean workplace and you get to meet some very nice people. While it may be fast paced it’s definitely worth it because no matter what you will always have a team behind you
The management was unprofessional and the pay was horrible. We never got raises no matter was position I was working. They were not considerate of their employees at all. I am grateful for the job opportunity. It allowed me to have an income until I gave birth to my daughter.
