I applied via the Cigna website on July 3 and was sent a e-vite to come to an open house on Friday. They are doing on the job interviews and job offers on site. So I guess it took 4 days to hear back from them.
I was hired four days after my interview. I did not go through a temp agency. I applied online only. I was contacted 24 hours after submitting my resume on their career site.
It took a week for me and I am a permanent employee.
You have to be brought on through a temp agency.

Cigna does let you know either way, Human Resources works with management to set the time limits for job postings, screenings, interviews, and notifications.
