Cimarron Living Center is a privately owned intermediate care facility that is licensed by the state of Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Our center is located in the residential community of Lewisville and services up to 116 individuals. Cimarron offers a wide range of services which include residential, habilitation, medical, skills – more... training and therapy services. We offer classroom training and work opportunities for the individuals we serve. Cimarron provides 24 hour services and employs a team of professionals which include doctors, therapists, qualified mental retardation professionals, nurses, direct support professionals and administrative support personnel.
We strive to create a safe and caring environment for the individuals we serve. Our staff provide care based on each individuals unique needs which are established through the development of an individual plan of care. We encourage each individual to participate in setting their personal goals.
