Continuous on the job training, upsell products and services, building relationships with customers. Resolve billing questions for internet, tv, cellphones, residential services and security alarm services for the home. Everyday was a learning experience. I really like the job because it mold me into my everyday life in resolving conflicts by being a good listener. It was a challenging positioned because of the customer service matrix ,calls per hour, customer service surveys, and sells goals for products.
