this was my love and my passion, my favorite thing to do in the world. i wouldn't trade the experience for anything and I'm glad i got to be apart of such a wonderful organization. playing in the system alone has opened many numerous possibilities to me that i don't think would have come my way but they have and I'm thankful to the organization.

This position was an amazing learning experience. Exciting and enjoyable every day! The atmosphere and coworkers were the most amazing I have ever experienced. I will proceed with my legal career with an abundance of information I learned while at Kings Island.

Pros: networking, unique work environment, star struck almost every day at work
Cons: seasonal work is seasonal, the occasional lull depending where stationed
My experiences with the company included, but were not limited to:
• Obtained high security access
• Personally escorted/guarded MLB teams, owners, hall-of-famers, & their families
• Seen as a go to person to achieve each task.
• Volunteered to work every special event between the months of May and July

Amazing position with opportunities to create lasting relationships
Access Coordinator (Current Employee), Cincinnati, OHOctober 24, 2013
I worked for the Cincinnati Reds for 11 years. In that time, I have created meaningful, lasting relationships with the individuals I have come into contact with. Management is very accomodating, however, there is definitely a lack of advancement opportunities.

Mascot/Rally Pack Member (Current Employee), Cincinnati, OHMay 9, 2012
I have never had a job where I look forward to going to work everyday, until I started working at the Great American Ballpark, home of the Cincinnati Reds. The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help out when needed. As for the management, I have never been so blessed for upper management to know my name and actually care about suggestions how to make things run smoother within the day to day operations. Class act if you ask me.
