Growing domestic and international surrogate parenting agency is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator/French Liason to act as the primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates and egg donors throughout their surrogacy journey. This person will also consult with potential intended parents explaining the process to them and assessing their readiness to be parents. Consultations occur in the Boston office, in NY City and Paris. The right candidate should possess at least one year post-college work experience. Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate-level education preferred. The candidate must be able to write and speak fluent French. The role requires regular collaboration with in-house legal staff, accounting, and social work staff as well as IVF doctors and outside vendors to facilitate smooth process for clients. Special consideration will be given to candidates with knowledge of or experience in IVF and/or egg donation. Experience working with database entry and performing other administrative duties is required. All applicants should submit both a resume and cover letter.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential intended parents, explaining the surrogacy and egg donation process and must be able to travel
  • Act as primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors throughout their surrogacy
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, social work teams, and staff at vendors to facilitate smooth process for clients
  • Provide coordination of care while working closely with IVF clinics, insurance companies, and travel agency
  • Advise intended parents throughout the surrogacy
  • Provide support to intended parents and surrogates during low points in the journey such as failed transfers, relationship issues with surrogate, miscarriage, premature and/or complicated deliveries
  • Enter important data related to journey in agency database. Provides weekly/monthly/annual reports as requested. Welcome new intended parents in the program.
  • Act as a contributing team player to Program Coordinator team

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required, with at least one year post-college work experience (social work graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to NY and Paris several times per year
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive work deadlines
  • Experience providing coordination of care
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team player; comfort working in interdisciplinary environment
