Transaction driven business. Excellent products that provide benefits to marketplace. Travel to territory and selling remotely in prospect offices is very rewarding. Poor data makes phone prospecting less effective. Supportive leadership and company unity.
Pros
Travel to terriotry
Cons
Sales data is old and not useful

confusing place to work
Photographer/Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  TexasOctober 9, 2017
Required to purchase their panoramic equipment - expensive, but budget made. Instructions were always unclear. You have "wiggle room" - do as they say or do it again at your own cost.
As a 30+ year professional I found their methods confusing and hard to understand...until I understood they have no employees working the photos - you match the automated system (exactly) or do it again - and you don't know if you match until you turn in a project.
Then wait 60 days for rather small pay - the time invested is not reflected in the pay.
Pros
friendly
Cons
poor directions

Wake up happy to go to work, great coworkers, good tech projects
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Springville, UTJuly 12, 2017
I tried to avoid working in the Marketing industry, but I have enjoyed the company far more than I expected. Furthermore, I am learning mounds more about the Real Estate industry than marketing. This is the best and only company to deliver a one-stop shop for every marketing need for real estate agents. And that really has an effect on the work environment. There are diverse projects to work on. The technology is always improving. There's so much to learn. The company is big enough to have really fun parties. The Philippines office has amazing outings. Management really encourages high-quality, smart solutions.
Pros
Health and dental plans, paid vacation days, new technologies
Cons
Some legacy code with little documentation

Training Specialist and Manager (Former Employee) –  Springville, UTDecember 15, 2016
Job descriptions were poor. Training wasn't complete. Management was never available. Goals were unclear. Product was unclear. It was a position that left you wandering in the dark.

Account Manager
Key Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Springville, UTAugust 11, 2016
A typical day at work,,,,
Everyday in and out was brokers calling in unhappy with the product. Feeds were broken, Social Media was posting too many listings, duplicating listings or not posting at all.
Old listings would pull over or sold properties would re list. It was continuous frustrations for the brokers.

Their development team was continuously breaking one thing to fix another. Wrong codes were put in, files were moved or deleted.

It was one excuse after another as to why something wasn't working correctly.
Pros
flexible schedule, fun people to work with
Cons
bonus's taken away, broken promises, horrible management, salary never met

Great learning environment with needed flexibility
Social media content manager (Current Employee) –  Springville, UTApril 29, 2016
My typical day includes writing lots and lots of social media posts for various real estate agencies. There is a specific quota to fill, a number of articles that must be written weekly to sustain the large client base.
The hours are flexible, the management is kind-hearted, understanding, and respectful. The environment is fun, relaxed, and carefree, yet the work-drive is intense and there are always projects to take care of.
There's always time to interact with my co-workers, who are good acquaintances.
The most difficult part is the nature of compensation. The pay is based on article approval, so if I write a lot and it takes a while to be approved, my paycheck can vary largely.
Pros
Flexibility, mutual respect, fun and laughter always
Cons
Potential wavering pay compensation(for contracted work)
