Great environment in a growing company for skilled employees
Senior Accountant (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – July 16, 2014
CIT Bank was (and presumably still is) an excellent company where employees were expected to work hard, but were rewarded for their efforts. They hired quality employees that you could feel proud to work with, and adapted well to change. The culture of the office was such that most employees were comfortable asking for and offering assistance, and the company succeeded as a team.
Positive, professional work environment, fair wages, annual bonuses
Occasional conflicts between the Bank, with priorities determined by regulatory agencies, and the holding company, with priorities focused on shareholder returns.
Net Lead /Architect (Current Employee) – Livingston, NJ – December 9, 2015
