Poor Upper Management. Unit Managers have NO say so. They cant make a decision without begging an Operation Manager for approval and Unit Managers dont care about their employees. They talk about a work life balance but there is no balance. If its not right for the company then your denied. The pay is not comparable to other call centers in the area. You cant even trust HR they contact the person you have issues with and tell them what youve reported. This company has gone down hill quickly. So behind when it comes to technology and if your not in with the right people your time there will be miserable. Jobs have been outsourced and jobs that require tenure have been sent to the KY call center where they have little tenure and there managers dont even know how to fix system and account issues. The upper managent therr have good ideas but cant execute.

Job was way too stressful for my liking. I do not enjoy being yelled at and degraded call after call...day after day. The coworkers and site are amazing! I met some great people here and I am thankful for that. You either live it or you hate it...there is no in between for me. Pay should be better.Benefits are not as great as everyone says it is. I certainly did not enjoy tracking every single minute of my day on a sheet of paper and on computer. I hope this is too the point enough.
