We have this yearly event which is also know as company retreat whereby I was given a chance to go oversea with my team mates and also other staffs from other department.
This has increased our bonding within the team and also getting to know more people from the Organisation.
As a Customer Services Officer, I need to assist with reaching 90 calls per days and also 300 over of emails. The volume may sound stressful but once I am able to assist on merchant's requests, it will be the great day to me.
I had learned to listen before action as understanding how the merchant feels and also their needs are the most important factors in order to fully understand the situation that they are facing and this will allows me to have better knowledge to resolve their issues.
Management had provided me with better learning skills by assisting them with the statists reports which is beyond my daily work. This has provided me with the chance to understand how management work and reasons for all the tracking of figures and the justification.
Having a bunch of fun co-workers were great. We get to dine out monthly for dinner to improve our bonding and also to understand one another better. During working hours, management are very flexible so long we had carried out our job accordingly.
The hardest part of the job was we need to be patient as I do face unhappy merchants. This may due to various issues and offhand over the phone, I do have my own difficulties which may take some times to fully understand the whole situation before advising merchant.
The most enjoyable part of this job is when an unhappy merchant is very satisfied with the outcome or solution that I had provided to them and even thanks us on assisting them. This is a great achievement for me.
