Cons: changing hours, management could have been more professional
This company is filled with micro-management. There is no comapssion or empathy for the customer. The hardest part of the job was calling customers on Sundays in order to attempt to collect the debt. The best part of the job was when I was able to help customers who really needed assistance.

Pros: casual work environment, funfilled, great co-woekers
Cons: short lunch hour, working 2nd shift every other week-end.
Each day brought new opportunities to interact with strangers. Allowed me to educate others on preventing themselves from becoming further delinquent. Great co-workers and team leads, very knowledgeable and compassionate.
Downsize of the job was having to deal with hardship situations but still collecting on past due accounts.

Pros: the co-workers and great games.
Cons: the management was not relible to help.
Citicards was basically calling on delquent home depot cards and it was was fun because we actucally had a team and team lead that cared and would create games to try to reach our bonus. Bonuses were not capped and it was more of a drive and the call monitoring wasnt that harsh or crictical. the hardest part was when you reached a person who would want to argue whether than solve the problem or set up a payment plan or just try to resolve the issues. My co-worker were really nice people that I enjoyed and got along with! I loved the work place enviroment.
