Clearly, if you read other comments, personnel in the branches have much different opinions than personnel in non-branch positions. All this company cares about is numbers. The day consists of opening at 9:30, processing transactions, telemarketing calls, opening accounts, etc. You fill out a ridiculous paper every day stating what your goals are and plans to achieve those daily goals, basically a big waste of paper. In a 10 hour day, you are lucky if you get your only 30 minute lunch break. The company sets outrageous goals. Huge goals for little payout. If you hit your revenue goal, but don't make your checking account goal, you lose 20% of your bonus. When I left this company, I switched banks as well. Watching how a retail bank operates made me sick. Selling things to people that they don't need, not caring about customer's needs but rather what else you can sell them on. The "customer service" comes second to selling. If you work here, use it as a stepping stone to another non retail establishment.
