Pros: friendly environment, no labor, simple, if you perform you're left alone (in my district anyways)
Cons: incentive program is not transparent at all most district officers can't explain it, very inconsistent, constantly changing and not related directly to your production
Citizens Bank is a good place to work. It's not amazing, but it's far from the bottom. They are a relatively honest company as far as I can tell. The job really depends on who your manager is, and who their manager is. The company is usually picky on who they hire, but not always. From what I've heard the pay is in middle for financial institutions.
