RECEPTIONIST/TELLER, Robbinsdale, MN - July 23, 2017
I have been given a great opportunity in learning how the banking field works. I have learned how to handle large amounts of cash and providing exceptional customer service. I have learned how to time manage and balancing cash drawers, fill atm's and dispensers. I have learned how to process cash and check deposits, process loan payments, and cash withdrawals. I am currently also a receptionist so I was able to contribute security to customers in relation to their accounts. It has been enjoyable to work in a unique workplace with diverse employees. The most difficult part was the training and learning the procedures with the computer system. Difficult and upset customers can be another challenge in the work place, but can be easily reasoned with good communication skills and listening. The most enjoyable part of the job is engaging with the customers while keeping a positive attitude. Overall it has been a great learning experience.
