Pros: easy, steady, good pay
Cons: no benefits, and favoritism
Although i loved what i did, it was very easy but no room for advancement and a very unprofessional enviornment at that time. I don't know what it is today.

I've been working in the sysytem for 5 years and what have been going on 6 years until i gotten laid off due to the bugdet here in chicago but the service is wonderful and my co-workers are like family and the communtiy is just great very peace and outspoking and the kids are growing mentally where you wouldn't belive how far they come

This company is a great place to work. There are entry level positions in many fields. There are also sister agency agencies ( Chicago Transit Authority and Board of Education).
