This employee performs advanced professional level work involving a high degree of independent judgment and responsibility in the selection, implementation, and support of HRIS modules to include the design, development, and delivery of end user training. Incumbent will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, process reengineering, HRIS solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the agency’s environment in order to achieve results. Responsible for training staff members on project management and process reengineering strategies and cascading this information across customer-departments. Incumbent will also serve as a key representative in designing and managing 21st Century HR Solutions.

Required Education and Experience:
Each applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Information Technology or closely related field. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of practical HCM experience. Process reengineering and project management experience preferred.
Some positions may require a valid Driver's License.
Working and Physical Conditions:
Environmental Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments; exposure to office computer screens; exposure to extremes in weather conditions; automobile travel within the City may be required.
Physical Conditions: Duties require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time; light lifting and carrying; general manual dexterity required; must be able to operate assigned vehicle.
