The City of Columbus is committed to successful implementation of the November 30, 2001 Development Services Memorandum of Understanding including compliance with service standards set forth in that mou. Important to that mou and its successful implementation is establishing a single point of responsibility and accountability for development services – more... processes. We designate the incumbent occupying the position classification of Building Services Administrator as the single point of responsibility and accountability for development services processes. We pledge our cooperation and that of our employees in supporting this designation and in working diligently to ensure the on-going successful implementation of the November 30, 2001 Development Services mou. Nothing in this mou or the Development Services mou shall be construed to abrogate or delegate our functional responsibilities or those of our employees or to abrogate any other provision of the Columbus City Codes applicable to plat/plan review and approval, permitting, and inspection of private development. This mou and the Development Services mou address process, not function. The City's liability herein is limited to the appeal rights and remedies specifically set forth in this mou.
