Technology Service Desk Representative, Columbus, OH 43205 - April 5, 2017
The work place culture at my current job as a service desk representative is busy and routine. We provide support for about 6000 users scattered throughout the city. We support desktops, laptops, tablets, and a wide-variety of enterprise applications. We try to resolve common issues at this level but will escalate any trouble tickets to the appropiate department to resolve. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with issues when systems fail. The most enjoyable part of the job is the ability to remote in once a week from home.
