Public Works Employee (Current Employee) – Covington, LA – April 14, 2017
It is a great starter job for a young person. Its perfect for a outdoor hands-on individual. With this job, learning quickly is a plus. I think the most difficult part of this job would be the summer heat. The best part of this job would be weekends off, holidays off, and good benefits.
Public Works Tech (Former Employee) – Covington, WA – November 11, 2016
The job was good, office staff was really good, management was good, but didn't follow through on some issues. the crew was hard to work with, but management was about teaching and learning. Great projects that you got to pick, they helped the community, worked hard to keep their employees informed. Yearly evaluations and meetings to help improve the efficiency of the team. The hardest part of the job was getting along with some team members. The most enjoyable part of the job was the projects and learning new things.
