Responsible for answer phone calls coming in on Cisco phone lines using RecTrac system.
Responsible for registering residents/non-residents for events/classes at center.
Responsible for planning and helping set-up/tear down events.Responsible for calling customers to cancel events held at center.
Responsible for filing all paperwork that flows through center.
Responsible for obtaining payments (credit card, check and cash) for services at the center and answering questions for customers about the City of McKinney.
Responsible for reserving events such as weddings, baby showers, etc. at the center.

Nice People but benefits and chances to advance are slim

There are good people within this company and some managers who care about their employees. Unfortunately with the economy being what it is healthcare costs have went up and pay has gone down. There is also no money in the budget for training or chances to learn new things.
