• Administer procedures in accordance with City policies and ordinances.
• Process electronic Requisitions into Purchase Orders and prepare Change Orders and Blanket Purchase Orders.
• Analyze bids and proposals; negotiate; prepare and process contract service agreements, including insurance and bonds.
