Daily an average of 100 Poway residents would visit our offices for assistance with water billing and other city related issues. There was never a typical day, each day brought new challenges and experiences.

Receive job order, perform work requested, respond to emergencies when necessary. Management been on staff for over 15 years. Hardest part of the job is the long days when performing normal job duties during normal hours then responding to main break after hours. Most enjoyable part is the work I perform every day.
