A fun place to work with great people.

The kids get out of school and come to the Adventure Club. I would help with homework and supervise outside activities. A weekly lesson plan is also done which would include art, cooking and science activities.

You will not get hired full-time
Crew Lead (Current Employee) –  Roseville, CADecember 24, 2017
Don't expect fulltime, benefits, or promotions. Can only speak from my POV (parks dept.), but 80% of new hires do not return after one season, and those who do will not be considered for any advancement.

Stressful place to work
Budget Manager (Current Employee) –  Roseville, CAOctober 19, 2017
Overall, its a good job with good post-retirement benefits, but it can be very stressful. Lots of financial pressure limits new jobs and advancement opportunities.
