Assistance Water Supervisor (Former Employee), White Settlement, TXOctober 23, 2014
 Provides courteous customer service to residents, visitors, service providers and employees in person or over the telephone. Retrieves and returns voicemail messages and transfers calls to the appropriate person/department.
 Informs customers about facilities, programs, services and procedures. Provide appropriate handouts and other printed material.
 Processes service orders for utility accounts; including new accounts, disconnect accounts, final accounts and transfers.
 May perform other assignments, serve on various city committees and handle special projects as requested.
 Regular and timely attendance is required, as well as, the ability to get along with others in a professional and cordial manner.
 Opens and sorts mail. Processes utility payments, credit card transactions/payments and receipts money into the cash collection system.
 Functions as a City cashier. Counts and enters all money. Reconciles the cash drawer as needed.
 Maintains the appearance of the customer service utility counter and lobby.
