A typical day a work was to come early at the warehouse. pick up equipments and route. Go to the first customer which more likely around 7:00 am. And Pretty much drive customer to customer till around 9:00pm. You learned people Skills, How to mange you days, patience. Every customer is different so you have to adapt to different people. You learn how to talk to people and more specifically the customer is always right! My co-workers were very helpful. It is kind of fraternity, when you stuck in a job you need to be patient somebody will come help you when he becomes free. The hardest part of the job is the long hours of work: when you leave home (early in the morning) you don't know when you will be done. You have to finish your route before you go home; and even when you are done, if it is early you will get more jobs added to your route. The enjoyable part is the fraternity between techs and the independence of being your own boss.
