The workday started at 8:00 am and ended at 5:00 pm. The main part of your job is customer service with your co-workers in other departments and with customers of the bank. You respond via email and through the phone. Always treat others with the same respect that you want to be treated. You will learn about banking regulations, and how they affect your workday. You will be working with many different departments from the teller line, opening accounts for your customer to the loan department.
