Filing collateral all day as the bookers sign the documents on the log, I've learned how to process collateral in a timely manner, management always come to me when needing things processed correctly, (Work place culture) we all get along, the hardest part of the job, is making sure that bookers give me all documents to process each collateral in a timely manner, the most enjoyable part of the day is to help customer find what they need to process there collateral correctly.

Balance
1st VP (Current Employee) –  Denver, COApril 25, 2017
The balance between Work, family religion is all in balance. Sr. Management understands there is a strong need to have a balance in ones life to be the most productive team in the workplace.

Typical work day - Basic mortgage company management - fix issues, help get loan s through, fund and clear. Hold sales peoples hands, work with the customers - get the job done!.

Hardest part of the job is to try your best to make the customer have a great experience with all the hurdles in the mortgage world these days. Nothing goes perfectly smooth any more.

Best part of the job is helping people get into thier homes.
Pros
culture, owners, people
Cons
Health care, no advancement

Excellent Community Bank
Executive Vice President, Treasury Management (Current Employee) –  Denver, COApril 6, 2017
Working for a privately held bank has been an excellent experience. It is nice not to be beholden to shareholders of a publicly traded company. Not sure what the new combined organization will look like once the sale is complete.

Small

I loved working at CWB. They could pay their employees more and the benefits could be better. But the culture is very humble and family orientated. Every manager was super awesome!

Citywide is a growing company with fair and knowledgeable leadership. The work environment at my particular branch was relatively relaxed and my co-workers were friendly and proficient.

Fun and Productive workplace
Loan Processor I (Former Employee) –  Aurora, COJune 20, 2013
Do your job without being told by the Supervisor, Co-workers were fun, hardest part of the job was making sure all your info is correct and documented correctly, and most enjoyable was your co-workers making it a fun but yet productive environment to be in. The management was okay, when you went to them with issues due to lack of work on some of the employees, nothing would get done about it and I would see repeated mistakes from them.
Pros
Potlucks and very friendly staff
Cons
management
