Citywide Home Loans is a rapidly growing mortgage company and an industry leader. Due to our increasing growth, we are seeking a Receptionist to join us at our corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a benefits-eligible, full-time position: Monday-Friday 11am-6:30pm.
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Basic office skills
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Outgoing, professional, and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience: ability to navigate Outlook, Word, and Excel with ease
- Mortgage experience or knowledge is preferred but not required
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors
- Direct callers to the appropriate contacts
- Pick up and distribute mail
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls
- Perform other related duties as required
