Journeymen Electrician (Current Employee) –  Santa Fe Springs, CAJanuary 24, 2018
Stable work. On time payment. Organized working environment. Good management. Available overt-time hours.
In recent times, the working hours had been cut. Not enough salary.

Long Hours
Project Engineer (Former Employee) –  Santa Fe Springs, CAOctober 3, 2017
Long hours and barely meeting industry standard pay. Would not recommend. Divide and concur is management style. Quick to hire and fire. Lots of turnover. Unprofessional management. Push employees to work multiple hours and overtime while on salary. Promise bonuses are worth it at end of year, but some years didn't even give any.
Pros
Gain experience if that
Cons
Company will take advantage of you, multiple hours, ungrateful management

Welder (Current Employee) –  Santa Fe Springs, CAJune 30, 2015
About half of the service calls are fixing the problems that were neglected in the shop. Every job was due last month. Most co-workers are good people. Don't expect to make decent money unless you work 56 hours/week.
Pros
Healthcare is paid for by the company.
Cons
Pay

Shipping and Receiving Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Santa Fe Springs, CAMarch 11, 2014
This company has more cons then pros. Management is horrible, they treat co-workers that have a lesser title like slaves. They will work you to the bone and they will talk down to you with no professionalism.... they will definitely not pay you what youre worth. example: if the average pay for your position is 15/hr they will try to low ball you to start at 10/hr.

the work is hard work and enjoyable if you like seeing things being built from nothing. the work load in this company really depends on how fast the engineering department can finish the drawings and prints. when there is work, THERE is work... it will be so much work where they will do a mass hiring and when it slows down there will be a mass layoff. i have never worked for a company where i have seen such a big turnover rate with the employees.

There are weeks where the crew men has worked 60+ hours in a span of 5 days. The overtime is never asked if you can work it, it is just automatically assigned without asking the employee if they would like to work it. its just demanded.

This is a typical company where owner is passing the business on to his son and the son has no clue to what is going on with the company. The owners son, plant manager, and general manager will ask of you to complete a task and they all will expect you to do it in different ways.... meaning they lack communication. from the top all the way to the bottom there is no communication which makes the job difficult.

Depending on the department you are working for sometimes you are short-handed to the point where you dont get a lunch
  more... break.  less
Pros
basic health insurance
Cons
poor management, low pay, break labor laws, bad demeanor
