A typical opening shift involves the staff steadily, but efficiently prepping both food and display. In the kitchen, chefs and assistants march back and forth in their hygenic,protective clothing transporting food in preparation for the shift. The words "corner" and " behind" are being firmly uttered in an effort to organize safety hazards.
In the front, – more... floor staff and cashiers perform a joint effort to set up a meaning, aesthetically pleasing display for the customers. The environment is highly professional, but entwined with an air of humility and necessary lenience. – less
